Those are early '79 280ZX rear discs and calipers with a custom bracket.

To keep the bolts from scraping the diff case, put the lockwashers under the bolt heads on the diff end only.

The left halfshaft needs to be shortened 1/2".

This is the sliding end of the left shaft before shortening.

Before, the inner race rested against the inner (left) circlip groove.
To shorten it, the inner (left) clip is removed and tossed, and the inner race is slid all the way till it bottoms.  In the next pic, 1/2" has been cut off the shaft, and a new outer clip groove cut with a thin cutoff disc.  To cut it, put the inner race on all the way, and hold the cutoff lightly against the race, and cut in to the splines about 1/16" as you rotate the shaft and cut a groove around the shaft.
